An Ohio thug recently decided that he was going to rob a gas station. He threatened the clerk, saying that they could do things the “hard way” if they didn’t give him what he wanted. Unfortunately for him, the entire ordeal was caught on video via the store’s surveillance cameras – and let’s just say he wasn’t laughing as he got exactly what he deserved and a little extra.
According to WLWT 5 NBC, the incident took place in Cincinnati after 52-year-old Andre Young walked into a local Speedway gas station. Shockingly, the man reportedly busted in just after midnight before brandishing a knife and saying that he was robbing the place.
As it turns out, Young told the cashier that “we can do this the easy way, or the hard way,” before demanding he hand over the cash in the register. Little did he know, he was about to get exactly what he asked for, but he wasn’t laughing when the dust settled.
Clearly seen in the footage since shared to World Star Hip Hop, the thug hopped up on the counter while holding a box cutter, but the cashier would quickly shove him off and to the floor. As it turns out, Young later explained that he was intoxicated during the robbery attempt, which is probably why the employee had such an easy time dealing with him – but things were far from over.
Unaware of that reality and only focused on the fact that Young a had a knife, the cashier decided to do things the “hard way” and started swinging. With just one punch, the man was able to knock the thief unconscious, leaving him incapacitated as the police were called.

“He tried to jump over the counter, and he had a blade in his hands,” the clerk said during his 911 call. “I’ve got the blade in my hand right now.” As one would imagine, police officers were quickly deployed and arrived on the scene within just a short period of time.
Ironically, they found Young lying unconscious in a pool of his own blood. As the thug’s mugshot would later show, the employee must have dished out one heck of a blow as Young’s eye was so swollen and bruised that he couldn’t open it.
Furthermore, the crash on his way down to the ground must have injured Young some more as he was seen coming into court on crutches, apparently needing them to walk properly. Unfortunately for the degenerate, if he thought the worst was over, he thought wrong.
Come to find out, the thieving thug was in no way new to the criminal justice system. “He has five prior felony convictions for aggravated armed robbery, robbery, robbery, aggravated robbery, and robbery,” said Dave Wood, with the Hamilton County prosecutor’s office.
Young has officially been charged with two counts, including aggravated robbery and assault. As a result of his prior convictions, the judge has ordered the punk to be held on $175,000 bond or until his trial date, which may not be for a long time.
Cases like this that prove the importance of the Second Amendment. Sadly, many Americans are pissing away their best bet to return home safely every night for any number of reasons. This guy has robbed before and I doubt he’s done robbing now, but he wouldn’t have had the chance to if this employee was armed.
Why would you risk going hand to hand against someone with a knife when you could exercise your legal right to defend yourself by putting two in his chest from a safe distance? After all, think about all the stress you could save his future victims and, even better yet, taxpayer dollars that are going to be caught up in prosecuting this guy. Sometimes, a bullet saves more than just a life.
